Absolutely. Waterfront SUP lessons are designed for beginners, and rentals include a basic land-based introduction and safety briefing before you get on the water.
Find SUP Cape Town at Battery Park, Alfred Street, at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. Your booking confirmation will contain details for your chosen activity.
Standard Waterfront SUP board rentals are 60 minutes. Long-term holiday board hire is also available — contact the team to arrange that option.
Yes. SUP Cape Town offers group and team-building experiences as well as SUP parties. Contact the team for the best option for your group size and occasion.
